The Boyfriends

• Richard, a.k.a. LDCS -- What to say? A wonderful, caring, giving man who deigns (dares? *grin*) to share his life with me.
• Lawrence -- one of my boyfriends, a wonderful friend and great companion. I'm very glad I've met him. His store of knowledge constantly amazes me.
• Doug -- Great buddy and love of mine (he's chosen not to use "boyfriend" anymore). I seem to torment him endlessly with my stupid mistakes, but somehow he continues to hold on. Thankfully.

The Friends (and The Ex)

• RE -- a quiet man who is extremely giving of his time and energy. Doug and I had been seeing him together.
• The Ex -- My ex of almost six years. We separated, badly, in mid 1999. Want more, go dig in the diary. I don't like to write much about him as he's still in the area (and I dislike talking badly about anyone, to be truthful), but there are a couple of passing references.
• Madam -- A co-worker of mine at my Big Government Agency. She's a good friend, as crazy as I am, and great to talk with. Shows up on occasion in here.
• CE -- Friend of mine who is also a playmate. Great guy, fun to talk to. Lives on a boat here in D.C. Fellow insane elected official in the same "freshman class" from 2002.
• DJ -- Friend who moved to DC to be a DJ Manager at a local bar, learned that he hated the drama, and moved back to Ohio. 'Twas a shame he had to leave.
• Jack -- A wonderful young man whom I dated some in the fall of 2001, before things went to shit after mid-September. Recently reconnected with him (July, 2003).
• AT -- Really sweet guy, and a great dancer. Friend from gay.com. Haven't seen him since he moved out of DC into the suburbs.
• CBB -- The Cute Boy from the Bus - my obsession from off the S-line.
• B -- my first roommate here in the District, and fellow victim of The Ex's breakup drama.
• G -- my second roommate here in the District. He's moved out, so I'm alone in the apartment once more.
• Slide -- friend of mine and Doug's, someone I'm doing some stuff with, and on whom I (still) have a mild crush.
• NRJTM -- one of my closest friends, I love this man to death.
• AH -- A young man I met over the July 4th weekend (2003). Have yet to see where this one is going, if anywhere, though he seems good friend material.
