03/11/26 a.m. Weights at the gym. Got in and did another weight workout. Can't seem to do the shoulder press after the bench press - the tricep feels too sore to get a good lift in, so I'm going to forego the shoulder press for now. Am looking at redesigning the routine from this "whole body each time" thing to emphasizing separate areas once a week, attending the gym 3x a week. Keeping my fingers crossed here. The ankle's still not 100%, not up to running, so I'm going to focus on some muscles this winter.

03/11/25 a.m. 30:00 on the elliptical at the gym. Got in and did half an hour on the elliptical. It went well, but for the gripping of the those damned heart rate sensors, which leaves my hands feeling numb after a while.

03/11/17 a.m. 20:00 on the elliptical at the gym. I sprained my ankle, badly, back on 10/6, about a minute into my morning run. Since then, no exercise. Did weights yesterday, and tried the elliptical for 5 minutes then. It didn't hurt after, so decided to try it for longer this morning. It's done fine, though the ankle's progress is uneven (it'll be fine one minute, then hurting like crazy the next). Did 20 minutes, though I wanted to do 30. Gradual progress is good, though, and am happy I was able to do some cardio at all. My weight has gone up to unacceptable levels, for me, in the last month and a half, so I've needed to be able to do something badly. Am glad I'm able to do this.
