02/08/22 a.m. 18:25 run in RCP (~1.5 mi); AHR 167; MHR 182; Recovery: 60. Definite one of those "I haven't had enough sleep" runs, so I kept it short. Not running regularly enough these days. :-(

02/08/15 p.m. 38:04 bike to work (~8.3 mi); AHR 155; MHR 177. Good ride home, felt great, loved it. Must have been some signal for the hotties to go out running this evening as well as this morning because they were everywhere. Hot, shirtless men all over the trails. *swoon* 02/08/15 a.m. 37:10 bike to work (~7.8 mi); AHR 137; MHR 167. Great ride in with R. Was fun showing him the trail from my place down to the Mall. Lots of shirtless men out running this morning. Nice.

02/08/14 p.m. 38:39 bike home from work (~8.4 mi); AHR 156; MHR 185. Booked on the way home - had a great tail wind most of the way, as well as several folks inspiring me to go faster. Might pay for it tomorrow morning, but so be it. ;-) 02/08/14 a.m. 38:31 bike to work (~7.9 mi); AHR 146; MHR 173. Good bike in, very little traffic. Chain popped off when I tried to flip into the third cogwheel too quickly, but was otherwise uneventful.

02/08/13 a.m. 21:31 run in RCP (~2 mi); AHR 169; MHR 186; Recovery: 49. Good normal run this morning. Kicked it up some on the way back, but otherwise tried to keep to a normal pace.

02/08/08 a.m. 21:47 run in RCP (~2 mi); AHR 163; MHR 177; Recovery: 55. Another good, cool run out (in the 60s - in August!). Took it easy, wanted a slightly longer distance than Tuesday without killing myself. Not quite enough sleep, but was better than Tuesday evening's (sleeping next to R helped?).

02/08/06 a.m. 18:07 run in RCP (~1.5 mi); AHR 171; MHR 188; Recovery: 52. Lowered the recovery time to 5 minutes, so that'll be in effect and will throw off numbers from now on if compared with the older ones. Good run, 70s out. Humid as all hell, but doable. Did a modified speed workout, just speeding up periodically (to about 181) and then cooling back down to the 171 mark. Was a good experience.

02/08/04 p.m. Not even going to give the numbers. Should have limited the run in that heat to 2 miles and not tried for three - I only ended up running two in any case. heat index was up to the hundreds, was far too hot, and I just walked most of the last mile. Oh well!
